Dear Kevin Hollinrake and fellow parliamentarians,

Excuse me if I’m confused as to what country I now live in. The criminal behaviour of this government is so far away from the Britain I was born into that, I no longer recognise my home.

The treatment of Julian Assange constitutes unlawful imprisonment and torture. His crime was that he skipped bail conditions relating to an alleged crime by Swedish police that was later dropped ( a crime of skipping bale that normally would constitute a slap on the wrist and one which given the unfolding events was a totally rational decision on his part).
