In July 2020, the Israeli human rights organisation Yesh Din, published a legal report The Occupation of the West Bank and the Crime of Apartheid: Legal Opinion. In January 2021, another Israeli human rights group B’Tselem published a position paper entitled A regime of Jewish supremacy from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea: This is apartheid. This was followed by yet another publication A Threshold Crossed: Israeli Authorities and the Crimes of Apartheid and Persecution by Human Rights Watch three months later.
