Inspired by a recent blog post by Greek politician Yanis Varoufakis, MintPress has listed just some of the war crimes Israel has committed in Gaza since October 7th.
Genocide
According to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the crime of genocide is defined as “deliberately inflicting on a group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.”
Intentional Attacks against Civilians
This is defined by the Geneva Conventions as “intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities.”
